Orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday.
Orders placed by 15:00 — shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 15:00 — shipped on the next business day.

Delivery within Poland

InPost Paczkomat (Parcel Locker)

• Delivery is available to any InPost parcel locker within Poland.
• During checkout, select the parcel locker most convenient for you.
• Once your parcel has been delivered, you will receive an SMS and/or email with your collection code.
• The parcel storage period is determined according to InPost's terms and conditions.
• Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

InPost Kurier (Courier Delivery)

Orders are delivered by InPost courier to the address provided.

• Delivery is made to the address specified when placing your order.
• Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number.
• Estimated delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Delivery within the European Union

DPD Courier

For international deliveries within the European Union, we use DPD courier services.

• Orders are delivered by DPD courier to the specified delivery address.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a parcel tracking number.
• Delivery time depends on the destination country and is estimated at 2–7 business days.
• Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination country and the weight of the shipment.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed on business days after payment has been confirmed.
• Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
• Delivery is carried out according to the operating schedule of the selected logistics provider.
